Tags In Bloom Stampin Up Card with To a Wild Rose

I cannot tell you how many times clothing has inspired my card designs. One of the singers on Worship Team Sunday was wearing a blue floral shirt and here's what it inspired.

 I grabbed pieces from all over the place to create the look I wanted. Background paper from Come Sail Away DSP, Holidy Rhinestones and To a Wild Rose stamp set. The colors are Balmy Blue, Pear Pizazz and Night of Navy. The center greeting with the dotted line is what is punched out with the Label Me Lovely punch. The other portion below it had to be hand cut - be sure to use your paper snips for this.
